We are based on the lower ground floor of Optimised Personal Wellness. There is only stair access unfortunately. You will see large glass doors at 64 Bridge Street, press the buzzer for ‘Optimised’ and we will let you in. Come down one set of stairs, where we will meet you.

 

There is no parking on site so please allow plenty of time to travel or find parking nearby. Car parks in the area include; Bridge Street, M3 5AH and King Street West, M3 2PW.
